Teaching

Teaching is a central part of my work. I have taught in a wide range of settings, from primary schools and community classes through to postgraduate workshops and interdisciplinary academic research. Underlying my teaching at all levels is a desire to connect artistic practice meaningfully with broader aspects of life and experience.
Particular areas of focus in my teaching include include drawing, environmental engagement, narrative non-fiction writing with an observational focus, experimental editing, and exploring text/image relationships. I also enjoy working collaboratively and devising workshops for an organisation’s specific interests.
Please contact me if you’d like to discuss a potential workshop or teaching project. I’d love to hear from you.
